1. 1.What we collect

   When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, the items you ordered, your pickup time and any notes you add.

   If you create an account, we also keep your email, a securely hashed password and your order history. An account is optional; you can always order as a guest.

   We do not take card details online. Payment happens at pickup.

2. 2.How we use it

   To prepare your order, send you order updates by email, contact you if there is a problem with your order, and keep the records a business needs. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. 3.Who else sees it

   Only the service providers that run this ordering site on Santa Ana Pizzeria's behalf: hosting, the database, and the service that delivers order emails. They process your information only to provide that service. We share nothing with marketers.

4. 4.Cookies and storage

   Your cart is saved in your browser so it is still there when you come back, and a small cookie keeps the cart count in the header. If you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

5. 5.How long we keep it

   Order records are kept for as long as Santa Ana Pizzeria needs them for accounting and to help with any questions about an order. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

6. 6.Your choices

   You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have your account deleted. Contact us using the details below and we will take care of it.
