Our Story

We opened Santa Ana in south St. Vital in 2010. Our chef and owner, Darek Wozny, has spent almost forty years making pizza, and every pie still comes out of our oak-fired oven.

The menu is Darek's own: the Santa Ana, with prosciutto di Parma, cauliflower, asparagus and Asiago, the Hickory and the Pollo, alongside fresh pastas, big salads and a wine list to go with them.

Order ahead for pickup, stay for a glass in the dining room, or book the whole room for a party of up to forty. Whatever brings you in, it comes from the same fire.
